Trying to find some alternative for the 4x110(I know...good luck right?)Wish I could see these wheels(or similar)on a 7. I still want the ROH snypers though :wallbash: |
I've never seen those wheels on an FB, but I have dealt with Goodwin Racing with nothing but good results. They've got a great rep with the Miata guys. :)

I just posted that link 2 days ago and you're questioning me? How disrespectful. Hasn't anyone told you to respect your elders and the knowledge they bestow upon you? The pix are Moremazda's car...

Judging by the pics that Hyper4mance2k posted, they look a hell of a lot better than I originally thought.

For what it's worth brother thanks for the pics...those look like 16" but are they really 15" Thanks again... |
Hyper4mance2k is a good guy. i was just messing with him.
id say those wheels have to be bigger than 15. they look bigger than the 16's i have even, but it could just be the drop of the car. |
ya, these wheels are great, and i've seen them on a 1st gen. Realy nice with the car. I think the guy who has them on his car on here, his username is liek notveryhappyjack or something i think
|
Goodwin racing also sells (last I knew, 2 weeks ago) Konig rewings in silver or graphite, for the 4 x 110 pattern. Those look HOT on a 1st gen........

ROH can kiss my ass!sonsabichis :p: just jokin', I think I'll be totally happy w/these, I've only seen them(in Graphite)on one car and it was waayy dropped and I don't believe it had 20mm offset so I'm dying to see them on a 7. Later guys |
MAybe good to know. These wheels are being made by a UK company called Rimstock. One of the owners is Mat Neil, former Britisch Touring car Champion.
These wheels were initially developped to be put on ALL BTCS cars as standard. Out of this development these wheels were created, mostly for light weight, race applications. |
No problem. Just for future reference, I may be replacing my springs soon. I have an older set of lowering springs, that are starting to sag a bit. This is having adverse effects on the autox course, but it LOOKS hot sitting this low. I have 15x7 +15 offset Ronals.
I would make someone a killer deal on the old springs, if they wanted their car slammed, and maximum handling wasn't needed. The only real issue having the car this low, is it can effect turnin for the real tight, hard braking corners. I could use the lower control arm spacers to solve this, but they are not allowed in the class I run. I don't have enough engine to compete in the class those spacers would bump me into. |

I'm not sure if I'm gonna go w/195/50-15 or 205/50-15, don't want any rubbing...Does anyone have any suggestions? I search it and see what peeps have had to say about it. Thanks again. |
they look rather good :) these seem to be pretty popular in australia if you can fit them http://www.simmonswheel.com.au/images/fr19sml.jpg

I have 205/50-15's. No rubbing issues. My wheels have 5mm less offset, which put the outside edge 5mm further out. Even with my car sitting at least one inch lower in the front than the ST springs will give, I have lots of room. My front fender lips have been lightly rolled.
Onlyonthursday, another forum member, just bought those same wheels, and said he ordered 205/50-15's. Hopefully, he can a definitive answer about the clearance of this combo. I think he also has ST springs. |

I think he also has ST springs. Ok cool, I want the 205/50's so I will order them. And I've thought of rolling my fenders if I need to but hopefully I won't becuse I don't know anyone w/the $300 tool and I don't want to use a hammer,lol... thanks I think I'll be good. And Matt, that is the type wheel I like w/5 spokes/star type but noone has them for a 4x110 bolt pattern, but thanks guys. |
