I can't wait either. I need some Racing Beat Springs and Tokico Shocks and Struts to complement this.

A little update here since I have been busy at work and shipping Ebay stuff. A few days off and I am getting closer to finish.

Removal of the pilot bearing. It takes a few seconds to do the job with the REAL MAZDA pilot bearing removal tool. Best thing I ever bought besides my Racing Beat flywheel stopper/nut removal tools.

Removed pilot bearing and seal. Damn, the freaking thing didn't have the needle bearing in it.

New clutch, pressure plate and throwout bearing.

justint5387 07-07-08 11:56 PM

Great work, are you finish with it yet?

Rotaryhaven 07-08-08 06:24 AM

Car was eventually sold to a forum member here, fixed, got wrecked, sold again to another person and wrecked again. I guess the engine was too strong for them.

As far as the welds, it was done with a mig welder.

dj55b 07-08-08 10:11 AM

thats a shame about the car wrecked
