Thanks guys for all the suggestions. If any body can post a few pics of the conversion from under the hood and top ,it would really help me fegure out how much needs to be cut from both hoods.:scratch:

My car with the hood is still buried in my backyard under a car cover and lots of snow. I'll make sure I clean her off tommorow and get you some pics.

TII scoop on 1st Gen = Fail
Spend the money and get a front mount even if it's only two FC topmounts welded together. |

1st gen? Look at the scoops on a GT40, rear facing and extracting hot air, not forward facing increasing drag and try to force cool air in. It's not the 1980's anymore, frontmount IC's are affordable these days but by all means limit the hell out of your car and cheap out by using a topmount.. |
