That is a badass ride man, Im really diggin the suspension and those fat wheels/tires youve got tucked out back.
Looks like some quality work, I wanna see some vids of that thing on the track. Looks like its just about ready to kill the strip. My one concern is the beehive oil cooler from the website pictures, hope thats gonna get the boot! |
Sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice real nice...
Nice. Very nice. I am really impressed.
beehive on that setup? Did that work ok?
Wow, I'm in love, please keep everyone updated, that looks so MEAN
Yeah, I'm in total agreement with everyone else. The car is fantastic looking.
hell yes, lookin good!
Thanks everybody and yes on the new set up i will use a oil cooler from a Turbo II. Right now i have to put the engine together and then start fabricating the turbo mabifold and downpipe. All the work was done by my friend and I. The engine and Tunning the ECU in charge is Francho from Francho Performance.
Where are you in VA?
Also any info on Franco Performance. Will he tune Megasquirt? I am looking to do a 6-port turbo with a custom turbo manifold to a stock or hybrid T2 turbo. -Greg |
That is bad ass! What throttle body are you using? is it like this one www.wwrturboinjection.com also, what is your ignition setup? Are you using an x4 ignition box with that lt10 or do you have some other ignition setup your using?

The throttle body is Only 4 Injectors and i got it from Puerto Rico so i really dont now the brand. On the ignition i a have distributor from a second gen and yes i have the X4 box with 4 msd coils blasters ss. |
looking really good there bud ... i would like to see how that throttle body works out for you ... personally I'm going to get the one from Tweakit which is ITB so should be better for tuning I think.
nice diff swap, did you cut out the inner wheel arches to tuck the tires? do you have pics of the ladder bar mounting points on the unibody?

fuel tank and fuel pump in place.
nice work ... i wouldve thought a mini tub at least but your work looks real clean.
yes. i agree. i expected that there was so much work put into your rear suspension and fuel supply. it wreaks of simplicity, but it's a good stink. :)

Today i installed one of the engines that i had in my back yard. Now i am going to start building the exhaust manifold. Any ideas where to support the turbo. Right now i am going to try the water housing.

Lemme guess....going for the 12A world record? If Dyson can run 8's in a 12A Rx2...I'm sure you can do equally well.
Best of luck...looks bad ass by the way! |
