it is by far the best turbo for this set-up sounds and performs great.

Wow man. Whats your exhaust setup? That sounds delicious.

TainoCo 02-22-13 11:18 AM

Flowmaster muffler 3" full mandrel bend no cat. "two flowmasters"

Wow that sounds amazing. Technically two flowmasters and a turbo - an NA would be a scosche louder and tinnier. But that gives me a good idea.

Excellent build sir. Links to pics?

Geoff

Will post pics this weekend... And Thanks! Kevinbtz on here did the work.

kevinbtz 02-22-13 01:20 PM

It has turned into one fast sleeper, 60-90mph in 2.5 seconds in 3rd gear, and tons of pull before max boost set at 16psi. The exhaust system is 3" mandrel with a magnaflow as a pre silencer and a huge diesel magnaflow with a 5 inch turndown tip as the muffler.

TainoCo 02-22-13 01:40 PM

All thanks to you kevinbtz :)

Yeah I can't wait for it to be completed

What engine porting are you running?

And are you in the stock rear still??

Mild Intake and Large Exhaust Porting

Yes, Stock rear will get change to possible 8.8 if all goes well

TainoCo 02-23-13 05:29 PM

Very nice. Looks like it rides a scoshe low in the middle section - any clearance problems with the middle section? Hows your ride height?

Looks like a custom fab downpipe - 3" ?

kevinbtz 02-24-13 08:43 PM

Yep 3", custom downpipe with a Borg Warner Vband adapter. The mid pipe is a tad low, and you can drag it a little if you find a rutted out driveway however the car is also slammed on stock wheels. We will be putting bigger rubber/tires on it (255/40/17) and raising the car up around 1 1/2 inches and should have absolutely no problems then.

TainoCo 02-25-13 10:03 AM

Finding the dang right wheels is a challenge but we'll find some soon probably custom made.

ioTus 02-25-13 10:35 AM

Oooh nice! Snap some pics when you get them on there.

What sort of a suspension setup you looking to run?

TainoCo 02-25-13 10:38 AM

Right now we have ground control coilovers up front and spring at rear with caster/camber plates.... We can raise the front up if needed as well with the rears

TainoCo 02-25-13 10:39 AM

Tokico 5 way adjustables all around

estevan62274 02-25-13 06:33 PM

Love the car man! Got me missing mine :(

More videos please :D

TainoCo 02-25-13 06:39 PM

Lol, thanks... Am actually finishing one up right now... Nothing special just want to share how it sounds inside and out... Will post link on this thread when done.
