I completed a 3S-GE swap a few years back and it was... surprisingly terrible..

If you're not sticking with the rotary, at least go V8.

All that needs to be done is hook up the clutch, install a radiator, exhaust/muffler and wire the electrical.
It's the "wire the electrical" that concerns me.

it's in pieces and a huge money pit. I do not think I would take it for free.

and 9k???? srsly? My v8 build is done and has all the suspension, interior done etc... and if I sold it I would not expect more than 10k....which is why I don't sell it.
