coil overs will not go low!!!!

hey guys basically i got me some cheep coil overs for my fc they are basically like equivalent to your guys godspeed brand in us. keep in mind i got these to drop the fc right to the ground. basically the fronts are amazing im very happy with them can do up and down as far as i want so no problems there. the rears are my problem they sit about 2inchs above the tyer on 17x9 18p with 225/45/17 when the coil overs are at the lowest possible setting i can get them. springs wound right down so it is just captive and then we run into the problem at that point they are on all 3 locking rings when the base is wound right up. so there is no more room for adjustment. i have tried winding the spring up tight but it dose nothing. cutting the bases isnt a option as they are not threaded all the way through. spring rate is 8kg 225mm long and 65mm id. i have found shorter softer springs 6kg 180mm 65mm id would that lower it abit more? as in saying it down more?
another option is where the base mounts to the hub there is a about a 10mm step between the base to the bushing bit i could cut it out and re weld it that would lower the base 10mm but doing that and getting softer shorter springs do you thing it will drop very much i want it really low by the way haha

and another option is i havent looked into it much is r32 skyline front struts with the rear fc top hats bolt strait into the rear of fcs and slam the car like rim tucking slamming we talking. so what i was thinking was getting r32 skyline front coil overs and just putting my top hats on them, problem is i dont know is all the brands of coil overs are the same shaft thickness and threat pitch can some one please help with this as i have no idea

hope thats clear enough im half asleep here is a photo of my coil overs

Have you taken your rear control arms off at any point? Someone else had this same problem on an FD, and it turns out he had reinstalled his upper control arm upside down. Take a look at some rear suspension pictures and make sure yours are in order.
