What do i need?
Alright guys, bare with me if ya can here. Im just starting to tune things and im very new to a rotary so i want to be very careful with it.
The people that had the car before me put a full exhaust on the car which is great, but now i have a boost creep issue. I know i need a boost controller, but id sure like to get rid of the boost/fuel cut as well. Do i need an afc to do that or would a fuel cut defender do the job?
If anyones willing to give me a little bit of a trail to follow to get me sittin at about 11-12 lbs safely id sure appreciate it.
Thanks guys

you need to ort your waste gate to fix the boost creep. i would not put a fuel cut dfence with out an air fuel controller. or your ecu will think your running less boost and run lean = blown engine

ort...? Got me with that one. I was gonna get a boost controller as well to fix the boost problem, or make it consistent anyway. Ill probably set it at around 10.5lbs till i can get the necessary items to control it correctly.
A fuel cut defender just fools the computer into thinkin its got less boost than it does right? I guess im not entirely sure if ive got a fuel cut or a boost cut but id say its boost cuz it loads the exhaust with fuel and when it comes back on itll shoot a flame out the back... Thats gotta stop.
