Megasquirt What megasquirt?
Ok I have an 87 n/a swap with an s5 tii engine. I have 720/850cc injectors with aftermarket turbo mani and rayjay turbo.manuel boost controller. So now my question is what megasquirt will be best for me. I would need one built considering I have never soldier boards together. I would also need one to controle spark. Also what else would I need I know a harness but what else. I have after market gauge cluster also. Any help would be nice?

MS3 on the v3.57 board with MS3X expander card. Harness wise you would then need the standard Megasquirt harness as well as the MS3 harness. No building necessary.

The 2.2 is about 8 years old. There's no reason to use one now. The only application I see for the 2.2 board at this point is when something must be absolutely dirt cheap and you're controlling only high impedance injectors, fuel only.
AAron is right, It can be used to run ignition but after you spent the time and money modifying the V2.2 to work with a rotary you have just as much money in it as other easier options. The only reason I would use a V2.2 any more is if you got a good used one from a friend or dirt cheap.
I just assembled one for a friend to use but he gave me the V2.2 moded for a DSM, After I bought the stuff to mod it including a harness he was just about $200 in the hole, not including the MS unit.

IMHO they shouldn't even sell the 2.2 anymore, but a lot of people still want to buy it since it's ultra cheap.
I wouldn't use one at this point in time though, there are a number of known problems with it.

The 12 foot harness is fine. You'll end up cutting some length off of it in areas.
As for sensors, while you could use the stock sensors, I'd suggest swapping to the more modern and more widely available GM sensors. The Megasquirt is also set up from the factory to use those sensors. So you'd need a GM CLT and IAT (as mentioned in the writeup).
Mid to high 300s, depending on fuel pressure.
