help me OSDesigns with Wheels

OSDesigns,
I am looking to buy a set of 18 inch SE37A. What sizes and offset do you recommend and how much could you get them for me for with tires?

18x8.5 at the front and 18x9.5 rear is a very common setup.
Retail on these wheels are $2590.00, and you will need some tires to go with that too.
