Can I use a S4 power window switch in my S5?

hey I have an 89 GXL and the drivers side switch broke. Also, yesterday the electrical part broke too!
I know that the S4 switch won't work with it, but if I also get the electronic part, will it work? Is it also gonna fit in the armrest?

thanks!

I put my S4 driver's switch in my S5 and it worked fine. So, I'd say "yes."

If you end up using your s4 door panels, the s5 switch is deeper. I had to carve out some of the foam in the switch pocket to make room. The plugs match right up.
