just seeing if there is any rotary mechanic in ottawa that would be willing to give me a hand to get my 13b s4 n/a running right. i think i have timing issue, maybe vancume or garket leak

There is no rotary mechanic persay in Ottawa,

But S4 NA , contact Mystery69 man, I heard he fixes those easily .
