Hi all,

I've got a standard progressive methanol injection system - shurflo pump, 1/4" OD plastic tubing, quick disconnect push type connectors (methanol safe), and 2 625ml/min nozzles.

I have found my quick disconnect fittings leaking on more than one occasion which is extremely bad. So I want to switch to braided lines for the whole system.

I'm having trouble finding everything I need, is there anyone that knows where I can get all of the following (including the fittings), and if something looks wrong please let me know what to get instead

1. -4AN braided line (i think i'll need 15ft, my pump is by the rear axle, my tank is in the rear hatch, FD)
2. fittings to go from braided line to Shurflo 150lb pump (inlet and outlet)
3. check valve with fittings for the braided line on both ends
4. Y splitter and fittings to attach to braided line on all three ports
5. fittings to attach 2 braided lines from the Y splitter to the two nozzles (1/4NPT i believe)

 

you might find most of the fitting at Mcmaster, let me know if you need methanol I have 8gal of 100% meth that I wont be using.
