FL Back in the game - GTUs build starting soon.

Hey guys,

The name is Russ, Im 20 years old from Lakeland, Florida... been around Rx-7s for about 5 years, owned 3 Fc3s' and I just bought my 4th.

1989 GTUs - The guy didnt know what he was doing and blew it up.

130k Original miles on the car, body is in decent shape just needs new paint and sunroof rust fixed.

I plan on either doing a TII or REW Single Turbo swap into it. Which I will post build pics!

Ohh and I was on this forum before and cant remember my password. Ha

Anyways, hope to talk more soon.

Thanks, Russ

I actually traded an 88' toyota pickup 4x4 with a chevy 350 swap in it. (Worth about 3k)

In the short run, I lost because this one is blown.

BUT...

In the long run I think I won being that its a GTUs, and one of 1,300 in the world!

So Im definately happy with my pick

- Honestley Im not sure yet where I want to get my motor... Anyone have any ideas? Money is kinda tight because I have a baby on the way, but when it comes to this car, nothing will be done the "Cheap Way", If you know what I mean.

Yea, I was thinking something along the lines of a crate motor, shipped from somewhere.
