Feels like compression lost in one rotor. Sorry
Dont need a compression tester to check it, just have a friend crank the starter while you check if there is some pressure out of the spark plug holes (obviously without spark plugs) disconect the terminal of the crank angle sensor to bypass spark and fuel.
Good luck

my first thoughts:

1. check your compression. if you did, what were your compression numbers?

2. make sure your plug wires are sorted.

My FC had the same symptoms when it ran on one rotor. It doesn't necessarily have to be blown to run on one rotor though. In my case, the plugs for the rear injectors were so old and brittle that they basically fell apart and weren't making a connection anymore, so the rear rotor was just dead weight even. Something worth checking, since the 20+ year old wiring isn't in the best shape anymore.

I'd check compression first, if it turns out okay, go after your wiring.
