I BUY A TURBONETICS 62-1 FROM 88rxn/a AKA tom port.. AKA streetport FROM LUDLOW,PA,I RECIVE THE TURBO THE 16 FEB AND KEEP INSIDE MY HOUSE AND INSTALLED IN MY CAR USED LIKE FOR 200 MILES OR LESS AND THE TURBO START TO THROW OIL FOR EVRYWHERE,THIS GUY TELL ME THE TURBO WAS REBUILT AND ONLY DRIVE FOR 1200 MILES,REBUILT BY DELSLOW THIS IS A SHAME THE THIS TURBO SUPPOSE TO BE REBUILT AND BE USED FOR ONLY 12200 MILES LEAK OIL FROM EVRY HOLE.JUST WATCH OUT FROM WHO YOU BUY PARTS BEACUSE IS PEOPLE OUT THERE THE DONT CARE ABOUT NOTHING JUST MAKE MONEY FROM JUNK PARTS.

when you first started it did it smoke at all from the turbo or exhaust, make any noise, if not then there mite have not been any problems on his end of the deal. will he refund you, some of it at least? what's a rebuild going to cost on something like that. maby it was rebuilt with generic parts and not balanced to specks.

its a shitty thing to happen but if you saw any smoke when you first started it up and still drove it for just 2 miles not to mention 200 then it was blown when you got it (he should refund you) but if it took a dump on you then maby the rebuilder will warrenty his work and i wouldnt think 88rxn/a AKA tom port.. AKA streetport should need to worry about it.

I dont really understand your post...but it kinda sounds like you have driven the car on the turbo and all, which really makes it not hit fault if you blow up the turbo.

Also, do you have an oil restrictor in your oil feed? Is your drain line a straight shot and clear?

 

That why i try to brink the attention of tom beacuse if you read i mention delslow was the rebuiltder and the rebuilt at least warranty have,and only 1400 miles of use(sorry for the first was 1200 from tom and 200 from me)like one of the guys said wrong balancing cheap parts used nobody know the thing is wrong.

 

I go to be in Ft.lee in june,you no go to see rx7 here is only my rx7 and other dude out post and i havea friend but is in afganistan you would see rx8 maybe 4 that it,ihave a friend in syracuse the have a rotary shop,he have a starlet(yellow)rotary with nitrous 1/4 in 9.4 is good guy if you need some help with something he is the man in this area.
