Can you use blockoffs, remove rats nest with the 2.1?

It just occurred to me That I am not going to be installing the Rat's Nest, and some other "junk" on the Engine.
So Question:what are the 'minimum Requirements',parts wise(like ACV) that I can have removed and be able to run the RTEK 2.1.?
I am not worried about Emissions.I just want a clean engine, but also run "worry free'.Thanks.

Its essentially the same rules (and consequences) as with a stock ECU.

I have absolutely no emissions, or warm up equipment, the car rarn pretty poorly on the stock ecu, but with some adjustments it runs much better with the 2.1. Especially when is comes to idling when cold or starting when hot.

Once you let the car warm up , it runs just dandy even on a stock ecu
