I have a 94 Type R1 with Amemiya wheels, coilovers, HKS titanium exhst, pfc, black paint and some other stuff that i can throw a 98 engine in and get it tuned.
shoot me a pm or email and or have your cousin do so. My aim and msn are also in my profile.

He will need a friend who is Japanese to help him get the car on the road.

He will need things like a registered Hanko, and parking space also before he purchases.

Tom should be able to help him out with something he wants!

Or check yahoo auctions or goo for car yards that he can check cars out.

Sorry to correct you BigWillie,

Because he is here as Military (marine) he will need a "Y-plate" which is registered etc... on base. The Military guys have it someone easy when it comes to registration in regards to paperwork etc however their cars still have to meet the same standards as all the other cars, just no need for hanko, registered parking space with the city, registered address etc. All of there stuff is handled on base except for the actual registration tests which I believe the Base registration company takes off the base for.

PM me if you or he has any questions.
