SO after all the issues just decided to take out the engine and open it up to check it out ( car had been sitting for 8 years). I had the fuel pump replaced, cleaned the fuel tank, injectors cleaned (thanks witchhunter), emissions removed, new plugs and wires, new fuel pump, and some other crap.

The car still wouldn't start

So this is going to be my rebuild thread. Pics are uploading.

 

Stupid question, have you checked your compression? If so, did you remove the 1 way valve in the tester?

 

yes first thing i did when i got it, all were around 80 with the regular compression tester, and every blue moon when it did start it was strong.
