I need a big favor!
Hi im in yakima, wa. I recently blew my engine on my 88' tII. I can tell the main rotor housing gasket has been blown, I havnt yet pulled the engine, so there may be more damage inside not sure. Im knew to the rotary and have always loved it, money is very short, I recently moved back home with my parents and have been looking for a job for the past couple of months bills are pilling up. I need someone that has some experience to help me learn how to fix my engine, but again I have NO money. I do have something to trade though I have brand new rotor housing on my engine right now from last years rebuild in september the fully rebuilt engine had 2,500 miles on it blew it do to excessive boosting, whoops! so I will offer those because I have 2 other housings that are ported that I have been meaning to put in. So basically you wil be recieving the whole block, TII housing new, s5 rotors with 3mm seals, and the tII excentric shaft. I have a mechanics shop available to use and my friend and I there to watch, learn, and help during the whole process. If you can help me please let me know you can contact me via email Guitarking1015@aol.com. I can not PM yet for some reason so dont PM me. thanks for reading.
well if u blew it from running too much boost, you probably detonated..... which ussually would result in a ruined rotor and rotor housing on the rotor you blew....
to fix your engine you would need at minimum probbaly a $400~ rebuild kit... another rotor housing( sounds like you have) and then another rotor...

Ahh the last time I was in Yakima somone was yelling Fire Mission Battery.... Are they still allowed to shoot over the highway? If I was on the west coast I would help you out. Try to do it yourself really. Buy some of the rebuild videos that are offered to start getting an idea.
