How bad is it if i am getting knock timing retard?
i was logging a couple of 3rd gear runs, and in the last run i noticed my "timing retard" was up 7 degrees around 4krpm at 5psi. but the AFRs were around 11, so pretty rich. my staging is set to 3800 and you can see the AFR go up to 12.9 briefly, but that isnt terribly lean. log attached
what is the max the timing can be retarded due to the knock sensor?

you know im still getting this problem. but only at 4krpm. at first i thought it was b/c of the secondaries running lean at staging, but i have lowered staging to 3krpm.
In my recent logs, you can see secondaries turn on at 3krpm, but the knock timing retard still goes up to 6 degrees right at 4krpm, no where near staging. afrs and timing both look the same as in the log above
i would post the logs, but i cant get any of the 2.1 logs to work with plviewer

well there is a big change in the injector duty cycle... when the sec. injector kick in
I remember a previous thread about current pull being an issue..however your timing on your wide band seems to be fine.
