who has?

1. a S5 N/A core just sitting around their house/shop? id like to take it off your hands.
2. knowlage of getting all the brackets and what not for a n/a to t2 conversion. should i just keep looking around? or does somebody have a junked t2 with the engine/tranny still in it.

You will need the TII long block, flywheel & clutch, tranny, starter, and tranny mount. Mazdatrix sells a driveshaft that will work with the TII tranny and N/A rear diff. Physically mounting the engine & tranny is not difficult. Just make sure that if you need to find a tranny mount, that you get the mount for the right series of tranny (4 or 5), otherwise it won't work with the tranny.

Wiring is a little trickier. If you ever plan on going standalone, it'd be a good time to do it with the swap, especially if you can't find a wire harness or ECU for the TII. Otherwise make sure you get all the sensors (MAF, boost sensor, etc) and a full wire harness & ECU for the correct series of TII engine you're swapping in.
