A/C with Megasquirt

I just finished installing megasquirt in my S5 N/A this weekend. Everything works great except the A/C stopped working. I assume completely removed the stock ECU had something to do with it. What do I have to do to get it working again? I am guessing it's just a matter of rerouting some wires. Thanks guys for any help.

I think that the AC button was wired to the ECU, which would then turn on the AC after idling up the engine and some other stuff..

On the S4 you can make the AC work again by wiring the AC button straight to whatever the other pin was that turned on the AC.

I'd assume that you can do that on the S5 as well.

On a 86 s4 na to get the A/C to work you Jump (hook together) OEM ecm plug 1E a/c switch & 1F a/c main relay (note: with this set up stock small electric fan up front buy the radiator will run with heater blower motor turned off,,and will turn off with heater blower motor turned on **sorta backwords**) iam not sure on a s5 u will have to look it up

Works. On the S5, connect 1L (L/W) to 1O (L/O).
The additional electric fan works correctly.

Thanks,
