For all of you Rotaries in MA, where can i get an inspection sticker for a car with not emissions?

I REALLY need help with this. I am building an ls1 rx7 and I wont pass emissions if they do the sniffer test but if someone is willing to do emissions testing through the OBD2 port I will pass. If you know someone who will test my 89 rx7 through OBD2 PLEASE let me know as well cause I am completing this swap and prob wont be able to get it on the road.
