Stock strut tower bar rules. Cusco makes a good one too though
I don't know too much about coilovers and the such....try the other section

 

I don't know why I keep seeing this same format of question, "what is the best (insert suspension mod here)?

It's all relative to what you like as a driver. What's best for one enthusiast, might be terrible for another.

Here's an idea. Why don't you race your car stock and see how you do with it. Then you'll have a reference base when you start adding stuff!!!
