GoodfellaFD3s does good work. Pm him. Pulling a motor, is not hard at all. First time, expect some work though.

I got a friend that will rebuild the motor 500 bucks... you pay for parts. Go to Rotaryaviation.com for the parts cheap.

Nothing is cheap with a rotary. If you don't do it correctly the first time, you'll end up paying double to do it again...if you can't afford the car save your money until you are ready and buy a Handa in the meantime.

Thanks for the referral Austin

I typically rebuild motors only with Mazda OEM parts, so the parts cost can be a bit more. I build based on the 'do it once, do it right' adage, which includes using quality parts. BMWRX7man, pm me if interested, there's a bit of a waiting list right now.

The parts alone are more than a grand.

Keep in mind that I'm quoting you based on an FD build. If S4 parts are a decent amount cheaper, I might be able to do a correct build for you for not much more than the 1000 you're looking to stay under. You'd have to bring me the motor in Clifton NJ, which isn't too far from the lincoln tunnel.
