Shaky Mosport vid

Vid from last weekend courtesy of IAN in my passenger seat. You may get seasick. I don't think the tires ever got up to temp. I'll have a proper camera and mount once the cage is in.

OMg, the wrx was barely pulling away, and the boxer looked like it was going just as fast?

Both the STi and boxster were much faster in the straights. I don't know the boxster driver but the STi driver's only been to Mosport 3-4 times so he was taking it pretty easy in the turns. Right after that vid, the boxster decided to get on the brakes in the middle of turn 8 which left me driving through the marbles to avoid him.

Yeah, that was a ton of fun!

My first time driving Mosport and it wasn't even my car LOL.
23Racer (Eric) was kind enough to trust me with his race car to do a few laps.....what a BLAST!

Heres some pics from the day:

LOL

I could not hold the dig camera steady. Especially around the corners. Balzz! You've improved so much.

The only thing you should have done different is let me take it for a ride! LOL

I have pictures and more vid's. One vid has like 5 rx7s coming out of corner one into two... If I have time I will post.

If I didn't improve, I should really look for a new hobby after spending 18 days there this year.

Here's the T2 vid.

Shane, we were checking the track temps all day and the hottest it got to was 53 degrees F. There was no tire grip at all that day unless you had some gumballs. More than likely you were experincing the effects of slower response due to tire slide. He!! I was in monster slides through all of the corners and correcting oversteers at least 3 times in Turn 2 and Turn 3 at 160 kmh plus, OMFG..... Make mental note, no more hard laps on 4 year old tires, check.

As compensation the extremely cold air gave some monster power. I was seeing well over 215 kmh going into 8 by myself and if I could catch a draft I got 220+ (going too fast to watch the speedo and follow Ahmed Khodkar's 240). That is about 10 kmh faster than in the middle of the summer.

What are you guys using to open the in-cars. I have tried Windows Media Player and RealOne Player and I can't see anything, just hear the sounds.

After I see it I can be brutal in my critique of Shanes lines, LOL.

Eric

Talking Eyes Bugging Out!!!!!

Wow Shane, your doing great. I love the lines and your commitment. Just excellent.

No more tips from me, you don't need them and I don't want to start looking over my shoulder, yet. LOL.

Seriously, you are more than ready for ClubSport. Let me know how I can help.

Eric

Thanks Eric.

This week's 6/49 winning numbers will be helpful...I'm not greedy, would gladly split the jackpot down the middle with ya!
