Will these fit?

I found a guy locally with the following wheel size.

17x8+45
17x9+38

would these fit a TII without rubbing? Running Bilstein coilovers.

What is it about these wheels that don't make them fit? Is it the front offset? What if I use a 10mm spacer?

Rears no problem.
Even with the 10mm spacer, I think the fronts are still too tight - it might or might not fit.
1/2" spacer up front would work no problem.

I'm runnin 17X7's with 225's and Bilsteins, and need a 3mm spacer to juuust clear the springs in the front. Don't forget. you may have to install longer studs if you space out much more than 6-8 mm.
