Is your car completely not starting, or is it turing over but not firing? Do you have the poiwer fc commander? If so, is it turning on at all? As far as a break in period goes, it is recommended but most people to run the motor with no boost and low load for 500-1000 miles before fully tuning for power. I've also heard of some people firing up the motor for the first time on the dyno and tuning immediately. I believe if you break the motor in properly it will last longer.
