well i work at nelson ledges roadcourse and they have fun days which are 120bux to race all day... its the nations fastest 2 mile roadcourse..i wanted to know if anyone was interested in having a meet at the track?...i could have a date and maybe get us some extra track time...im friends with the owners and their son which makes everything very possible...if interested i'll post a date, times and directions..let me know hopefully some of you are interested..im going to be their no matter what its where i work

I didn't realize NL was only 5.5 hours from Metro DC. That's only an hour more than VIR. Might be cool to get a group to go up in the spring.

 

yeah if we don't do it before winter make sure it happens in the spring

 

since a few of you are interested their is a open day September 29th this month interance fee is 120 bux track opens at 10:00 and closes at 4:00 but i should be able to get us extra time...we wont be the only cars out their their will most likey be a few porsches, corvettes, maybe a few race cars...so we can see whos faster...i love watching civics beat vettes all day..this track is good foe sport compact cars like an rx7..which do really well out their...and just to get an idea of how fast the track is..i seen a bmw m3 hit 160 on the back stright...im going no matter what..the track is a blast to run on...if you have anymore questions PM me for my cell # and i can answer any questions you may have thanks

That's a little short notice. For that kind of trip, we'd want to put something together in advance, and with at least two days near a weekend to make it worth the drive.
