theres a good club called the rumba room thats a excellent spot on sat. its in the city walk by universal studios, or the queen mary in long beach, if you want kudos you'll take her to the queen mary....but if you want to drink and such then rumba room for sure....and yeah your going to have to dress semi nice for the rumba room, but the queen mary you dont....

a nice place might be too far but it's called the Kettle in Manhattan Beach... Looks expensive, no more then 30 bucks for food and it's by the Beach so you can walk and talk about emotions and shyt... it worked for all my past g/f's... (NO we didn't break up over where we ate... bastards lol)
