I'll give a little explanation. The car was montego blue...sorry no pics but you have all seen one before. I painted it 350Z daytona blue. Front bumper is feed 99 type, side skirts are modified racing beat, rear fender flares are N1 along with the rear N1 skirt, all were molded in. The wing is a 99 spec replica that is fully adjustable. And the tail lights are modified to look 99 spec. Wheels are bbs rgr 18x7.5, and 18x10. (yes I know the fronts are narrower than stock, but that is all that is easily available without ordering from overseas...and with the 245 width tires it doesnt seem to matter)

Performance mods include carbon fiber airbox with k&n filters, downpipe, peter ferrel exhaust, lightened flywheel, act hd clutch, silicone hose job, stage 2 ported motor (just rebuilt and still breaking it in), suspension is tokico 5 ways with eibach springs, re trailing arms and toelinks, r1 front strut bar. Think that is about it. I just need an m2 smic or a v-mount and I will be happy!

Color and paint job look absolutely fantastic. So do the wheels, even if they are too narrow (understeer much?).

Color is nissan 350Z Daytona Blue. Was going to go 99 spec blue, but I saw an aniversary eddition miata with that color, and it was a bit dull in comparison. It may have just been an old car, and I have never seen 99 spec blue new and in person on an rx7, so I was afraid to go with it, but I love the Daytona Blue!

Where does that air-dam in the side-skirts lead to? I know it's supposed to replicate a brake-cooling duct, but are they actually functional?

Side skirt leads to nothing....A duct could be made to lead to the rear brakes, but I did it for the looks. The large side opening in the front was extended and ducted to my oil cooler though.

ME TOO! Copy cat.... j/k I love my car painted Daytona blue. It gets a lot of compliments. I can't take credit for picking the color but don't regret the choice my boyfriend made as a surprise to me.

She looks great!

Yup, extreme dimensions.....that is who made my bumper...got it off ebay from them. It needed a fair ammount of modification, but most do. It was worth it for the low price.
