Just out of curriousness, did any of you read the link provided above? Not trying to be a dink but it says right on it "steve Kan tunning session June 3rd".
Oh and im in..............
Oh and im in..............
I'm a bit confused, is that $400 each for a tuning session? Or is it split amongst those of us that are interested. I am interested, but my car is N/A and will be running a megasquirt, so I don't know if I will benefit.

Soooo sorry. I'm too busy to read the link right now so no I haven't and nobody had posted a date here.
Actually took a moment to read it and hopefully Jim can full in some blanks. Like is this just for his personal labour or is the dyno time included (for $500 CDN I hope so). Any idea on possible locations?

Anybody wanting a Steve Kan tune has to go to the site at the top on the page, Register and bid, you won't need any money at this point just a depoist that I will collect in a few weeks $200 usd. One month before Steve comes I will collect the other $200 usd.
Ian and Jason, Street tuning is the best way to tune a car, A dyno will not be used.
At this point there are 10 spots open, 5 on June 3rd and 5 on June 4th, Each car takes about 1.5 hours to tune. As of 6pm today 5 spots ( June 3rd ) are gone.

I've got my bid in....I guess I'll receive a confirmation later if it goes through or not.
Just wondering, if this is going to be a street tune, what exactly is involved and what would be required to make the process easier. Just want to make sure that I'm prepared when the time comes.
I'll need him to tune my car using a Haltech E6K if that makes any difference. I have an EGT gauge, but I don't have a wide band. Should I get one?

you could ask questions to Steve using their site
I am amazed! $400.00 each for tuning? WOW! Just an opinion, and I have never met or heard of this guy, but I bet everything he ever learned or has done is from other people. I just learned about timing from a guy in Wisconsin who has 2 P.Port's. The cost----1 email.............
Yeah you wonder why people go to school to learn the principles of EFI and ignition, burn rates, flame fronts, split timing and all that other jazz when you can learn everything from an email.
Maybe I'll give Michael Schumacher a shout and he'll teach me everything about car racing in a paragraph or less.

Wonder if he tunes my car again if I could hit some better numbers or get better turbo response
