I'm thinking of making a custom setup, so i can add a newer stereo while keeping my existing speakers/amps. I just need to know the pinouts for the DIN connectors and any other ones that may be back there.

I had a 1st gen with a killer system. Pull the radio out and tell me the colors you see of the wires. I can walk you through it. It is pretty standard, but I do remember that you need a relay for the power antenna if you have a power antenna. Otherwise, the antenna goes up when the radio is off and down when the radio is on. HAHA
