WANTED: Pictures of Racing Seats

Hey Everybody,

I'm just curious as to how the construction of the seats differs from company to company. So if you have some racing seats that aren't in your car and a digital camera, please help me out here. Try to take pictures of the frames of the seats and how the foam padding is mounted to them. Basically the general construction and design of your seat. I think it will be a good reference for those of us who have odd body shapes and would like to see how these seats would fit us. Thanks.

What type of pictures are you looking for?

You can see the general shape of most seats here:

Hey,

I'm interested in pictures of the frame, springs, and how the foam was mounted to the frame. I want to see how they are built. Thanks.

Racing seats have no frame nor springs. They are a molded bucket or shell with padding and fabric. Do you mean aftermarket road seats?

I have had a Sparco Pheonix seat for over 4 years now, and it has held up very good. the fabric is not getting thin or anything.. I have no complaints with it. I don't have any pics of it out of the car, but i have some with it in if you want to see them.. here are some links
