W T F! engine blown, overheated, whaa?

Ok, so this is whats up with my car.
This morning, (cold and rainy outside) I hop in my car, push in on the clutch, pull out the choke, turn the ignition... and it just turns over, doesn't start up. Usually, I'll just fiddle with it and let the choke back in a little bit, maybe give it a bit of gas, and it will start. Well this morning, that didn't happen. After several tries, it "BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP"s, the exact same sound as when it redlines. Even when I didn't turn it over, and I'd just turn it to ON so the radio and electronics would come on, it would beep.

Recent history of car: Sat in Dad's driveway for 1.5 years, put in a new battery and gave it a tune-up; started fine and drove fine until now.
Last night I went drifting when it was wet outside... I turned on the heat just incase so it wouldn't overheat.

Please help!

My guess. Your oscillator is wet, which is causing the beep (located in front of battery, small black box, search for more info). Also, as far as starting difficulty, wet ignition system (time for new cap/rotor for starters). Good chance you've flooded it due to the no start with wet ignition, so you'll have to unflood it too.
