calipers

are there any aftermarket performance brake calipers that will work with the stock rotors and pads?

If they used the stock pads and rotors, what would be the point? The stock calipers are VERY good calipers....

Probably not. The stock calipers are actually quite good. If you don't want to upgrade to a larger brake rotor and you want to stay with the stock pad, why seek to upgrade the caliper. If your present calipers have a problem, pull them off, rebuild and paint them and be happy.
