I Just Orderd A Set Of 19x8.5 With A 40 Offset In The Front And 19x9.5 With A 40 Offset In The Rear I Need To Know If These Rims Are Going To Fit My 3rd Gen Rx7.please Help.

Yes, they will fit fine, other than 19s being too big for an FD IMO. Your stock brakes will look PUNY.
Proper tire sizes will be 235/35 front, 265/30 rear.
