I just fixed mine today. Since it worked on my 93' with a million miles, it should work for everyone!! I'll make up a write up later.

I voted mine fixed, but it was really a workaround. The fix was the yellow/black wire going to the A/C relay cut and tied into the purple wire, which is the ground coming through the fan speed switch, A/C switch, and thermoswitch. I'm waiting for a better idea (like what poss has come up with and will post soon). I have to manually turn off my fans under high boost and start up (if I want). I cut the 4 wires related to emissions when I first installed it.

My system is converted to R-134a. My receiver/drier was leaking, and after years of not working, so was my compressor (the seals probably dried up). They have been replaced.

I have an fan switch and A/C relay for sale if anyone needs them. Before we knew what the problems were, I tried a couple of things out. The relay was brand new from the dealership, and was in my car for less than a week before we discovered the rest of the problems, and determined the relay was fine.
