Buying a $90 bumper isn't brave, it's more like stupidity...

Almost certainly, it will be cheap, poorly made fiberglass, that will require several hours worth of work by the body shop to make usable/paintable.

Not to mention the $175 shipping fee. So you can't really call it a $80 bumper.

i dont see how they can make a profit... that guy was selling bumpers for $9.99.

im guessing the business is used to clear overstock or old stock. i bet the quality is that bad though... and it will probably crack in a few years.... i was going to get one from chuck but the wait time was slightly too long for me, but maybe i can wait.

the GTC kit on ebay is made by viz? viz does make very decent quality products, so perhaps i may also go that route to save money. it looks like im not brave enough ;_;

If it says "Viz" instead of "Vis" I probably wouldn't buy that kit either...

By the time the body shop gets done with your front bumper, you will have paid the same if not more for a good quality bumper. That front bumper will be $270 shipped to your door, plus ATLEAST another $300 for fitment and body work. You can buy a good used bumper here on the forums for much better, I bought a rotary extreme front bumper painted in vintage red for my vr fd3s for 400 shipped to my door. It is not worth your agurvation to deal with these people, and more tha likely it will be such poor quality that ups will end up breaking some parts of it shipping it.
