Anyone with an FD in socal that wants to volunteer their car for an exhaust test?

I sold my FD so I no longer have a car to test out my newly constructed hi-flow cat. If you have an FD with a stock main cat and the capability to support a free-flowing exhaust (aftermarket ECU, PFC, etc), I'd like to work something out with you in order to have my cat dyno tested. I would need to have this cat installed on your car for the dyno run and compare it with the stock unit as well.

that's a small cat. Looks more like a resonator. Very nice.

I have one, but it is running a resonated midpipe. I would be very interested to see how it would perform on my car. Nice big fat single turbo for you to base your comparisions on. PM if you are interested.

It's definately a functioning cat and I believe it is certified as being OBD II compliant, if the manufacturer is to be believed. It's just not a conventional looking one because it is a metallic substrate version designed for hi-flow and minimal exhaust restriction.

My car is over at Autotech right now getting a reman motor and other stuff put in. Right now the only mods (for power) I have is an intake, dp and catback. I'll be putting in a boost controller, fuel controller and an almost new set of twins along with the motor.

I'd be willing to do a couple of dyno runs...but like goofyrotor mentioned, what's in it for the donor?

Wanna try if that POS really works. I volunteer my Chiquito - the real smog polluter. If it doesnt make you cry, it aint rich enough!!

BTW, are you planning to sell that **** too? You must be rich = always claiming losses? Can I see your books?

I'd be paying for your dyno runs, so you'd know how much power your car puts to the ground with your stock cat and a hi-flow version.

Sorry, I did not get back to you sooner J.J. I have been pretty busy, and will be for the next couple of weeks. If you want to use my car sometime in June let me know. We can work out a day.
