I was adding oil to my TII today when I noticed coolant leaking from the upper fill neck. I tightened the cap down and turned away to put the oil cap back on, soon as I did this, the cap burst off and sprayed my arm and face with hot coolant. Hurts like hell, and I have no idea how this happened. I looked at the fill neck and the plastic pedestal the cap mounts to was warped allowing it to blow off.

So just, remember, safety first.

 

dude.. get some **** on that asap... coolant burns can be nasty/ infectious... might want to get good ****++ scars.. .. I've done kinda the same.. good luck... don't forget to reach me next week...
