wanna smaller turbine A/R?

Okay I have now To4B 60-1 with 1,15 turbine A/R way itīs way too big. I had allmost no boost before 4500rpm and got full boost @5000rpm (RB street port etc) and you can imagine itīs not fun to drive. My question is: I could get turbine with 0,82 A/R (or 0,84? donīt remember) but comes with T3 flange! Does this mean the turbo would be T3/To4B or what? Should I even consider this?

Thanks guys

A T3 .84 is very different than a t4 .84. The t4 .84 would work well if you want a fast spooling turbo but not as much high end. Although, you do have a streetport, so I would think a .96 or 1.05 divided t4 would be right up your alley.
