I have seen Tornio's mounted in the FC. All I can tell you is that they do fit, but I know nothing of mounting.

i have the knock offs from ebay. what i did was drill new wholes in the stock rails and used those. but on the passanger side i had to use about and inch or an inch and a half of spacers ( 1 REALLY thick washer from home depot) to get the seat to sit level.

i did have a problem with the drivers side but that was because of rust. on mine the bolt closest to the center of the car in the back was in there pretty good... then it stripped... then when i went to drill it out i rounded off all my bits so that bolt had to stay. what i did on that was take the stock seat off the stock rails by taking out the front 2 then tilting the seat back. then i had to remove the 4 bolts from under the seat and take the seat out. after that i took measurements and and drilled holes in the stock rails. then i put the new seat in and had to bolt it down from under it.... it was a complete PITA. but when it was done it looked great. i also had to use some spacers on the drivers side to get it to match the height of the passanger side but they were only about 1/2 tall and came with the seats i got.

so even if the stock rails cant come out you can still get aftermarket seats in... but its far easier to take the rails out :-)
