what size/type of steel to use when making ex/manifold

what size/type of steel to use when making ex/manifold

i'm having a manifold made up for my 13b, need to know whats a good type of steel to use besides "stainless"...... and also what size runners 2-1/2 or 2".

304L is adequate
321 is better
Inconel is better yet
Titanium is the ultimate, but VERY expensive to buy and fabricate
