Power FC and Double Throttle

Will it continue working with the PFC installed?
and also, will the car be kept in limp mode at the power up as with stock ecu?
I am about to remove the DT assembly, can I remove the solenoid and plug the vacuum hoses? or have I to put a resistor in the connector?

The PFC controls it fine, but it could care less if it's been disabled. You'll be fine, no resistors needed.
