anyone ever thought about conv. 2nd gen rims

i was just considering buying the adapter 4-5 lug bolt pattern and putting the convertible BBS rims on the first gen. i think it would be cool. anyone ever done this or seen this done.

wold this be a fairly easy thing to do or would i need spacers and what not. i think it is cool cuz im keeping it in the 7 family.
