From what little I can see, it looks like a Kosei K1, but can't be for sure.

im gonna pull one of and look again and ill measure the offset, ill end up drilling the hubs for studs , cause the bolt pattern is off just enough you can start the lugs ok , but they bend outword when they tighten into the cone, so every time i take a wheel off i have spare lugs and a tap to chase threads, weird huh?

Now that the picture has been brightened up, it's obvious they aren't Kosei's. I was looking at a very dark picture at the time.

Maybe a closer shot and not at a angle.

What you described about the lugs and studs may not be very safe. If the wheels were designed with a different spread pattern, you're forcing the studs to bend outward when you tighten them down, which will result in potentially 2 problems, 1) the wheel stud will break, resulting in a wheel that's held on by 3 studs, which is unstable, or 2), the wheel mounts will apply uneven pressure to the studs when you're driving, possibly causing the wheel to fracture, or the rotor to fracture, or the studs to fracture.

None of these things would you want to happen while you're crusing down the freeway at 65 miles per hour.

I would be very cautious driving those around until you get them redrilled, since cornering and braking forces will put added stress on the lugs and studs. Just a word of warning,

Sounds like they might be 4x108 (Mustang pattern).

Older, discontinued model though. Doesn't show up on wheelspecs.com.

I think American Eagle or one of those types made those for awhile. And that they are probably 4x108 as someone already mentioned.
