Painted Rims

Well my rims were in pretty sad shade so I cleaned them up and added a little paint. It was just to hold me over till I get some new rims. Sticking with the stock 15" size but want to run 225/45/15 rubber. I know it will drop the car and change my overall gear ratio but I want that. Would there be any handling problems or something else Im missing with this setup?
