Its leaking a little bit from the front hole where I tapped it for some lines... what can I use to seal it? My teflon tape seems to not be holding up!

Did you tap pipe threads ? If so try to make another turn . If you think it will break or strip then re tap one half more turn then retighten the fitting . More information from you may yield a better answer . I will check back for more info from you .
